Актывіст анархісцкага руху, быў затрыманы напрыканцы кастрычніка 2020 года. Яго, а таксама Ігара Аліневіча, Дзмітрыя Рэзановіча і Дзмітрыя Дубоўскага абвінавацілі па шэрагу артыкулаў за падпал службовых аўтамабіляў, будынка ДАІ і дзяржаўнага камітэта экспертыз у Гомельскай вобласці: ч. 2 арт. 289 — акт тэрарызму; ч. 2 і ч. 4 арт. 295 — незаконныя дзеянні ў дачыненні да агнястрэльнай зброі, боепрыпасаў і выбуховых рэчываў.
22 снежня 2021 г. быў вынесены прысуд 20 гадоў калоніі строгага рэжыму.

Siarhei Ramanau was detained while crossing the border of Belarus on the night of October 28-29, 2020. He, together with Dzmitry Dubouski, Ihar Alinevich and Dzmitry Dubouski, was charged under a number of articles for setting fire to government officials’ vehicles, the building of the traffic police and the state committee of expertise in the Homieĺ region: Part 2 of Art. 289 (Act of terrorism); Parts 2 and 4 of Art. 295 (Illegal actions regarding firearms, ammunition and explosives). On December 22, the Minsk Regional Court sentenced Dzmitry Dubouski to 20 years in the high security prison.
